Found this on the tumblr, and LOVE this idea of printing your own camera! This is so awesome… it kinda reminds me that I haven’t yet made a calendar cube for these last few months of 2009. (For those of you who were following the calendar cubes, many apologies, life sort of got in the way…) But am working on bringing out something in 2010, so please stay tuned. Apparently there are people called paper lovers…. Even though I did not get Mr. Rudd’s money, I would like to share the many ways I am helping with our economy one decorated piece of paper at a time, here are some sites I found interesting (and wallet exhausting):

Going to use paper in the old school way, WAY back when we didn’t have twitter, or even telephones, people used paper to talk to each other over the world, in the form of ‘telegrams’. Quite amazing really, like some sort of holdable text message of sorts… and no longer are they confined to old technicolor movies (sound of music, breakfast at tiffanys i’m thinking of you)… anyway in a world of tweets, msgs, sms, mms, skype and 3D emails and what not, its still sweet to get something in the only mailbox that doesn’t need a power source

Nothing’s really been happening recently, I’d like to say its uni… but really to be honest I’ve just been lazy. But soon I promise I will be back with loads of new content. I plan to fix my daddy’s baby (the F3), and do a black and white shoot of some kind soon…. Just need to get off my butt and take him to the camera shop so he can get some new batteries – the camera, not my dad.

But recently, I’ve been in “research” mode – this time for uni – sorta – just scouring the net and magazines for interesting images, and somehow I keep coming back to 1950s furniture…. This MAY or MAYNOT be related to my recent desires to furnish houses……or my addiction to the Real Living magazines. Anyway, here are some recent interesting images from various sites…
